What's your role?
I am a Senior Full Stack Developer at Harled. My role is to write quality code and interface with the team to create lasting business value for our clients. On top of writing code, I would be mentoring the junior developers.
What is the secret to realizing a successful software project?
Productivity & achievable milestones. It is important to work on the right tasks that create real business value for the clients, and by laying down achievable goals and milestones to create such value.
What emerging technology or industry are you most interested in?
Web3 with artificial intelligence and machine learning. It is an emerging technology that I'm looking to delve into more deeply. It can be leveraged in many different industries and I'm seeking into how it can be harnessed here at Harled.
What's your word of the day?
Transparency. Trust and transparency are the keys to building good relationships with colleagues, team mates and clients. It's important and a must have for growing organizations.
