Nabiha Aziz

I'm the UI/UX designer for Harled Inc! On a day to day basis, my job is to create beautiful, easy-to-use screens that make our users' lives easier. In addition to this, I also create and maintain a visual identity in our products. I work in our tight knit team with our developers and product managers to always be aligned on our goals!

It's amazing what our small team can do - small but mighty is the perfect slogan when describing the Harled team. This team has influenced my perspective on delivering excellence to clients in many ways. First, I've learned that delivering big, impactful products is about each and every member of the team being dedicated to delivering lasting, meaningful impact to our users. A great product happens when the development, product, and design all come together harmoniously. This is easily achieved in our team - we all have an understanding of each aspect of the process. There is easy, open communication about these different pieces that normally wouldn't happen in larger teams. This collaboration only motivates us, and makes us better at our individual crafts.

The key to delivering high quality products swiftly is excellent planning and an agile approach. This consists of open communication across our team, studying the user carefully, and adapting our approach to meet our users' needs at all times. We consistently iterate on our designs based on our users unique requirements and ensure that when we push code, it has been refined through our agile approach. Our quality is always top notch because we know our clients aren't just clients - they are real people with real problems that we can solve in an impactful, positive way. This strong meaning motivates us to always be flexible and give our best everyday.

I like this quote because it reminds me to focus on gaining user empathy, understanding the problem, and studying all the necessary information before jumping to a solution! The stronger understanding we have, the better product we release.
