Keep in touch with our users and leverage the feedback to improve UX; Identify product metrics and create visualizations to track product performance and enable data-driven decisions; Plan and execute product releases; build strategies for user onboarding and engagement. Or in short, product owner.
What is the secret to realizing a successful software project?
Discipline. In an agile world, it is easy to lose track and pivot towards things which does not fit into the philosophy of the project. It is important to keep track of everything that is being done, everything that we want to do and also a list of things that we don't. Carefully assessing incoming changes and not hesitating to say no is beneficial. The three things I follow - Involve major stakeholders into product decisions, enable scalability and maintain the status quo.
Additionally, building a team that works well together and supports one another contributes to the success of the project as well as the organisation.
What emerging technology or industry are you most interested in?
Data and UX are my current fancy. I'm exploring the evolving UX trends and ways to use analytical tools to aggregate user emotions around a product.
